Discover LVXO

We represent world brands in six Latin American countries. Since 2009.

A privately owned operator headquartered in Ecuador. Built market by market over seventeen years — not a regional rollup assembled from independent partners. One legal entity across all six countries, one consolidated P&L, one operating standard. Own employees, own warehouses, own Beauty Advisors at counter in every market. No sub-distributors. No franchise layer. No remote regional HQ. The brand manager talks to the operator, not to a layer above them.

About

An operator, not a holding company.

LVXO Latam is a single operating company representing world beauty brands across Argentina, Chile, Perú, Ecuador, Colombia, and México. We employ our own commercial, trade marketing and Beauty Advisor teams in every country we cover.

That structural choice — operate, not federate — is the entire reason brands work with us instead of with regional umbrellas built from independent partners.

How we operate

Six values. Operationalized, not framed on a wall.

01

Accountability

Numbers, not stories. We publish what we measure and we measure what we promise.

02

Discipline

Same operating standard in every market. No improvisation, no "that's how things are here".

03

Transparency

Direct sell-out access. Weekly consolidated reporting. No data filtered through PowerPoint.

04

Speed

Decisions in days, not quarters. The brand manager talks to the operator, not to a layer above them.

05

Local depth

Six countries, six in-country teams. No remote management of markets we don't physically operate.

06

Long-term partnerships

Average partnership: 8+ years. We say no often so we can say yes for decades.

Our story

Seventeen years. Market by market.

  1. 2009

    Founded in Ecuador

Started representing e.l.f. Cosmetics. One country, one brand, one team. Made the operational discipline choices early — own employees, own warehouse, own reporting cadence.

  2. 2019

    Entered Perú

Lima hub. Ten years of Ecuador operating discipline finally exported to a second market. Proved the system transfers.

  3. 2021

    Entered Chile

Santiago hub. Mature retail market. Earned shelf placement with cadence — weekly sell-out, no surprises to brand HQ.

  4. 2024

    Entered Argentina

Buenos Aires hub. Currency volatility met operational discipline. Structured FX hedging built into contracts from launch day.

  5. 2025

    Entered Colombia

Bogotá hub. Market in construction. We say so on the website — honesty over aspiration, always.

  6. 2026

    Entered México

CDMX hub. The largest beauty market in LatAm. Newest market in our portfolio. Plan published for our partner brands.

Sustainability

Commitments we can measure.

We publish what we can track. We don't publish aspiration.

  • Weekly sell-out reporting from POS to brand HQ
  • Integrated ERP, CRM and logistics on a single stack
  • Quarterly operating reviews — internal and with brand partners
03

What we owe to the markets that gave us a 17-year operation.

  • Beauty industry education programs in Ecuador
  • NGO partnerships in 4 countries
  • Local hiring at 95%+ in every market
